1) adaptation to disease are bipedalism,sweat, opposable thumb and complex brains. acclimatizations to disease is altitude sickness.
2) as example, Sweating in the body helps to maintain the temperature in heat atmosphere. bipedalism helps to prevent the exposure of microorganisms. acclimatization of altitude of sickness helps to avoid several type of diseases like allergies, pressure difference symptoms etc...
3) the acclimatization of altitude sickness is chose by the humans. there re no restriction for humans to expose to this acclimatization. all is the human choice to take or avoid the abnormalities cause by this acclimatization.
4) There re no severe social effects regarding these adaptations. sweating may abnormal to certain social situations. others have no social connotations or misunderstandings
