please give me your own words
The two clinical manifestations of an enlarged prostate are

Dribbling while urinating
- As the prostate gland surrounds prostatic urethra, enlargement in
prostate gland will compress the lumen of urethra.
- The passage for urine will be blocked.
- The urine flow will be interuppted leading to dribbling.
Dysuria (Painful urination)
- Due to blocked urethral passage, the urine is not able to
smoothly pass through it.
- The efforts to voluntarily pass urine increases. This results in
pain.
