Descibe how movement is produced in the muscular system

Answer #1

Answer )

*The movement is produced by musclular system( made up of muscles ) is with the help of skeleton system ( made up of bones)

*Muscle: made up of many fascicles.

*Fascicles: made up of group of muscle fibers. Muscle fiber (or muscle cell): made up of Myofibrils

*Myofibril: made up of contractile proteins like Actin and Myosin .

*Myofibrils can contract and relax .

*Movements of muscles occur at molecular level through actin and Myosin .

*Most of the Mucles involved in moving the body work in pairs that is if one pair of muscle is involved then the other will relax accordingly so that there is smooth contraction of one group of muscles .As the muscles contract ,muscle shorten pulling against bone .It the muscle on one side of bone is contracted then the muscles on the other side of bone is relaxed and movement can occur .In this way movement is produced in muscular system .
