You decide to follow up and provide details for your follow up. Please outline steps that you will take to ensure Sabrina is safe in case of an emergency.

Physical examination should be done earlier. Various tests are followed to analyse the condition:

Pulmonary or lung function tests using spirometry and a test known as a methacholine challenge.

Chest X - ray to examine inside the chest and rarely CT scan if needed.

Allergy tests by prick technique and RAST or radioallergosorbent test.

Electrocardiography to examine heart function.

Blood tests include hematocrit and BNP

Initially cross check with the underlying medical condition and help Sabrina to take routine medication if any like asthma inhaler.

Provide oxygen supply to assist in breathing.

Diaphragmatic breathing would help in overcoming the issue.

Breathing and pulse rate should be monitered continously.
