Heart relaxation, Atria contraction, Ventricles contraction

Heart relaxation, Ventricles contraction, Atria contraction

Ventricular contraction, valves opening, atria contraction

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Answer: (A) Heart relaxation, Heart contraction, blood flow from heart to lungs

Rationale: There are two actions occurs in the heart muscles they are;

  • systole
  • diastole

These two makes the blood comes to the heart and comes out from the heart to the body to supply it.

when the heart relaxes , the muscles of the heart get loosen and the blood will comes and fill the space in the chambers of the heart, when the heart contract, thus creates the pressure in the heart.
so that the blood will goes to aorta from the left ventricle to the whole part of the body. Blood from the right ventricle which will goes to the lungs via pulmonary trunk to oxygenise the blood.
