Answer: Thymus is a gland which produces several hormones for the production of T cells or T lymphocytes. T cells is a type of white blood cells that which helps the to improve immunity in the body by destroying the harmful micro organism such as bacteria, virus and other harmful pathogens etc.

The antioxidants plays a huge role in protecting the thymus gland and preserve the size. The main antioxidants selenium plays a key role in protecting the thymus. Due to ageing the level of antioxidants get reduced and the it causes reduction in the size of Thymus and level of T cell production and the fatty cells get replaced in the Thymus gland.

From the above explanation, Thymus plays a major role in the immunity of body by producing T cells. This is how the Thymus get related to immunity.

A) “Woven baskets characterized by a particular distinctive pattern have previously been found only in the immediate vicinity of the prehistoric village of Palea. However, archaeologists discovered such a "Palean" basket in Lithos, an ancient village across the Brim River from Palea. The Brim River is very deep and broad, and so the ancient Paleans could have crossed it only by boat, and no Palean boats have been found. A survey of 25 randomly selected customers found that their average age was 31.84 years with a standard deviation of 9.84 years. What is the standard error of the mean? How would the standard error have changed if the sample size had been 100 instead of 25 (assuming that the mean and standard deviations were the same)? How many degrees of freedom would the t-statistic have for this set of data? What would the critical value t* be for a...
