Pulmonary embolism is the condition occur due to the blocking of arteries in the lungs due to clot.

Sinus tachycardia is the major condition or symptom seen in pulmonary embolism. So the ECG consist of regular rhythm waves with ventricular rate more than 100 per minute, P wave is positive in lead II etc

T wave invertion seen due to right ventricular strain pattern.

Right atrial enlargment is commonly occur due pulmonary embolism and it reflect in ECG by peaked P wave in lead II

Q wave in lead III inverted or some times may not be present.
