Stress test is used to done in order to assess the cardiovascular function and the risk of cardiovascular issues in future .It there is chest pain and changes in the EKG during stress test it can be suggestive of some sort of vasospasm or vasoconstriction occurred in the cardiac system . This can lead to chest pain. The EKG changes with abnormality in the ST segment ,T waves any arrhythmia can be suggestive of an injury occurred in the heart . In these cases the chance of getting myocardial infarction or any cardiovascular disease is highly evident .In simple chest pain and EKG changes during stress test indicates the client is at risk of some cardiovascular disease.
