A) muscular dystrophy cause is caused by a mutation ina a gene that produce protein in muscle. So the lack of this protein that help in protecting and maintaining health in the muscle leads to muscular dystrophy.

B) osteomalacia is caused by a deficiency in vitamin D in body ,due to lack of Calcium in diet and increase phosphate renal loss due to phosphate deficiency

C)male infertility is caused by lack of sperm count or abnormal sperm production,lack of male sex hormone that is testosterone, undescended testis, sexually transmitted disease like HIV or gonnorhea . All these lead to infertility in male

D) Graves disease is mainly caused by abnormal immunoglobulin in body ,this is an autoimmune disorder that cause tga unwanted stimulation of the thyroid gland leading to increased thyroid hormones. These immunoglobulin are called thyroid stimulating immunoglobulin
