Answer #1

Ans:- 3 sources are :-

1) male urethra :- male urethra has a acidic environment due to passage of slightly acidic urine. But during ejaculation this acidity is reduced by secretion from prostate gland and protect sperm

2) Vagin a :- A normal vagi*al pH is between 3.8 and 4.5. A pH level within this range can help to keep bacterial and fungal infections at bay. Lactobacilli bacteria live in the vagi*a and secrete lactic acid and hydrogen peroxide, which give the vagin* its acidic pH level.

Semin help to protect sperm from vaginal pH.

3) uterine cavity :- the use of medicated IUD makes the uterine cavity acidic leading to destruction of sperm.
