Answer : parafollicular cells / tissue of the thyroid gland secrete hormone calcitonin that reduces the concentration of blood calcium level when it has risen to an above normal range .

At kidney : calcitonin Decrease calcium reabsorption by nephron result in deacrese blood calcium level

At bone tissue : calcitonin increases the proceeds of osteoblast ( bone formation) that result in deacreses blood calcium and keep the blood calcium at normal range .
