Stomach-Chemical digestiono] of protein starts-

Pepsinogen Secreated by Chief cells of stomach Gets converted in to pespin by action of HCL

Pepsin Digests Protein and converts it into small poly Peptides(Proteins----small poly Peptides)

Stomach----Small Intestine(Duodenum)

In the intestine , pancreatic enzymes Chymotrypsin ,trypsin enters the duodenum.

These Trypsin ,chymotrypsin and Intestinal proteases convert(digest) proteins and small poly peptides into Dipeptides and tripeptides.

later,in the Small intestine Intestinal Dipeptidases and Tripeptidases convert Dipeptides and tripeptides into Amino acids

Later these amino acids are absorbed mainly in the Duodenum and jejunum
