Carbohydrate digestion: salivary glands secretes salivary amylase, mouth helps in mechanical breakdown, stomach helps in lysis of polysaccharide, intestinal enzymes makes further Carbohydrates digestion till monsaccharide is formed .

Protein digestion: stomach secrets pepsin enzyme that starts initial protein breakdown, intestine helps in rest of breakdown process till formation of amino acids, liver forms bile, pancreas secrets enzymes that breaks peptide chains of protein.

Fat: mouth secrets salivary lipase, stomach secrets lipase, liver secrets bile which helps in absorption of fatty acids and glycerol, pancreas secrets lipid digesting enzymes, intestine secrets enzymes and hormones which helps in entire digestion process as well as absorption of all nutrients.
