1. In skeletal muscle especially in the upper proximity there occurs muscle loss will occur. This increases when the age reaches post 50s. Thus the msucle function is affected. The Skeletal muscle proteins are loss so that it will affect the contraction of these muscles and won't be able to lift heavy weight like the old days.

2. The pre stretching and exercise will activate the muscle. When this is done mucles start to cordinate and function. Then we can take heavy weights. If this is not done and we take heavy weights on a sudden the muscle damage may happen and become much fatigue in a short time. The pre stretching and warm up exercise will make the muscle free from fatigue and make them properly co-ordinate for the workout.
