Until now the nurses did not have the specialized training and because of that majority of the responsibilities are left with the doctors only to ensure whether the medicine was accurate to provide medical care.that is optimal to the patient. Now that Maureen has finished her doctorates she has the knowledge and now male complete decision for prescribing practices. Bit even after this degree the hospital would give more importance or weight on the decision of doctor rather than the nurse.
