Seawater contains lots of salt in it, actually more than water therefore when you drink this salty seawater, the salt from the water will diffuse into the regular water in your body because the high concentration of salt water in your body will leads you to urinate more water than you drank to get rid of all that extra salt, leaving you thirstier than you were before and this will cause depleted body fluids, muscle cramps, dry mouth and dehydration. And also it doesn’t taste good. Hence, you shouldn’t drink seawater.
