Mr. Donovan Thump approached you and said that he wants to incorporate his company with the name "Quality Hand Sanitizers Ltd" but his neighbor John Bryden, who already owns a hand sanitizer company by the name of "Excellent Hand Sanitizers Ltd" said that he will be seeking an injunction from the court to stop Mr. Donovan Thump from incorporating with that name, because he, Mr. Bryden, was the first one to use the words "Hand Sanitizers" to incorporate a company. Each group is required to give a very brief advice to Mr. Thump, in no more than 4 paragraphs, maximum one letter size page, as to whether or not Mr. Bryden is likely to be successful in the injunction application to the court.
