individual (not corporate) partners, where by liablity is not
limited and the partner will be jointly and severally liable to
rhird parties for obligation of the partnership company
Limited partnership companies (between two classes of partners)
with general partners responsible for the day-to-day management of
the partneship that are fully liable for the debts and liablities
of the partneship and limited partners, whose liablity is limited
to their investment in the share capital but cannot be involved in
the management of the company.
