Answer #1

Restricted Area has to be accessed by employees of the company.

The person who has entered in the restricred area has used the fraud technique of unauthorised access without any authority & without knowing to the authorised person.

If I Suspects a person that this is not authorised to be in the area, then i may act in the fidicuary capacity of the management & ask him about the ID card & ask him about his name & purpose of Entering the place.

Then i will inform the same to the security guards the same if he was a suspect.
