While creating and implementing the new process in cash department we must see the following facts :

1. control over generation of proper documentry evidences of transactions with the cash department.

2. effective internal check is to be established , to monitor flow of cash,

3. reconciliation with bank and debtors , creditors.

4. check over the chances of cash embezzlement,

5. regular reporting to departmetal head,

6. proper training with new process.
