Personal representative of died person is required to pay his bills , file return and claim refund, distribute property to his or her heirs. He can be an administrator as well as an executor. The person who has died can name who will be serving as an executor after his death but in case named executor refuses to do the job court can appoint an administrator, If nobody is named or appointed the person who is in actual possession of the property of the person who died will be appointed as an executor and will file return.
