6. It should explain how the allegations are addressed.

7. It should use clear and direct language.

8. It should make a clear distinction between facts, assumptions, conclusions and opinions.

9. The approach should be direct and simple.

10. The information should be provided in a logical manner.

11. It shouldn't have or contain , emotional or judgemental terms.
