Instrumental communicatios are accurate and concete where the space for interpretation is very much limited on the other hand expressive communication when compared with instrumental communications are less formal and structured since they are used for unofficial communication,meeting with the members of the organization connected with tasks and goals of the business.

Both type of communications are required in the organization.Communications with explicit intentions makes a structured way of comunication, where every thing will be clear and no room for confusion arises.Unofficial and non formal communications also helps the employers and members to share their thoughts with each other on different aspects of the business.
