Breed is categorical / nominal variables as variable can be put into categories like labradors, golden retrievers and German shepherd.

Littersize is discrete numerical variable as it can take only certain number of values.

Weight and height are ratio variables as they can be measured numerically and 0 of that measurement indicate there is none of tht variable.

Temperament behavior is ordinal variable . It is similar to categorical variable but there is clear order.
