Serv. Engr. Res. Technol., 2009: 87-94)

a. Determine the mean, median and modes.

b. Construct a histogram of the data. How many bins did you use? What was the width of the bins?

c. Calculate the skewness measure.

d. Calculate the z-score of the data (you do not need to report these). What is the minimum and maximum z-score. What is the proportion of observations that have z-score larger than 1.5?
