Arrangement of numbers from small to large. For instance, say you had the scores as 4, 2, 1, 3, 15, 5, 7, 6, 7, 8.

You would wirte them as 1, 2 , 3, 4 , 5, 6, 7, 7, 8, 15.

Search for the middle number. In the event that there are two middle numbers, similar to the case with a much number of data points you would take the normal of the two middle numbers. In the model, the middle numbers are 5 and 6. Since the average of two numbers is divided by 2, you get a middle value of 5.5.

If we change the scores,then we need to arrange them as likely shown in above example,then median value also changes according to the values arranged.
