What are some of the factors that determine health h?
Various factors affect the health behavior change such as one's environment, family, friends, economic status, culture etc. When a person decides to change their health behavior, all the factors should be conducive and cooperative, otherwise the individual cannot make decisions and stick to them.
Identify a health behavior that you struggle to perform?
I made a decision of doing exercise for 30 minutes a day. I made my decision, contemplated the possibilities and challenges in doing it, I prepared all those basics such as identifying the 30 minutes, buying shoes and clothes for the exercise and I have started doing it but the problem is that I'm not able to sustain it as somehow either my friends or family will have another plan that keeps affecting it.
theory of health behavior change best relates to your inability to achieve this healthy behavior?
Transtheoretical Model suits me the best as I'm in the 5th stage (maintenance) of the 5 stage model. I have come past the other four stages of precontemplating, contemplating, preparation and action.
