Hello! So I'm doing an experiment for an upper division bio class and trying to figure out which statistical test (done in R) would be best for analyzing the kind of data I have. My experiment was tracking the behavior of hummingbirds to see if UV properties attract them to certain flowers. I carried it out using a UV light source attached to one feeder and no light attached to a second (only these two groups). The number of hummingbirds that visited each feeder were recorded, so there are essentially 2 groups of hummingbirds. Both of these need to also be compared to a control of one day worth of data when a white light was attached to the same feeder that the UV lights had been previously attached to. Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you!
