Answer . Yes ! That is true. Family is a system that shares common beliefs and calue system and have a set of rules that are to be followed by all family members. Individual differences are still there . Individual difference means that each and every individual is different from other individuals in alot of aspects. The way “A” would deal with a problem would be totally different from the way B deals with the same problem . Hence in a family also there maybe discrepencies between tgiugjts , beleifs , behaviours and emotions of members . This could lead to family conflicts.
