In the business community who feel that hiring internally is a bad idea because one does not take advantage of new ideas that could be brought in from someone outside of the organization. However, others believe that hiring internal candidates is the best way to go because the candidates are already familiar with the organization and the culture. What are your thoughts??
I believe that internal hiring is a better way because there is no doubt that the individuals are already familiar with the organization and the organizational culture but there is also a lower rate of expense in such methods because the recruitment cost is almost zero and I believe that if individuals are recruited based on their level; of interest and in the appropriate unit or field of work. Why I think it is a better idea because internal hiring makes the process simple for the organization and the units involved in recruitment of an individual and hence it gives less pain to the organization as well. Recruiting and selecting talents to own employees will always have a better advantage over external recruitment.
