Program goal for a rape victim would be to help them blame themselves and be able to integrate themselves back into the society.

Group counseling sessions and Carl Roger's famous client centered therapy could help in achieving the above status. There is a theory called unconditionall positive regard, wherein you shkwthe client complete and utter faith in them and their self concept.

This helps in bringing them out of the shell and focusing in their needs and hence bringing about necessary change through acceptance and self awareness initiation.
