There are various microcirculatory alteration which are more common for Trauma/Hemorrhage as:

• Hemorrhage-induced tissue hypo perfusion
• Internal bleedings and related injuries
• Tissue injury (nociception)
• Inflammatory response
• Hypoxia
• High fluid loss and thus may result hypovolemia and hypotension
• Resuscitation interventions as part of homeostasis

Hemorrhagic shock causes such alteration in the body and most of the alterations are the defense or the homeostatic responses of the body to re-sustain the original condition.

The possible remedies/control or the management of such condition involves the bleeding control immediately as the first priority using coagulopathy, then we can go for the fluid replacement therapy for normalization of hemodynamic parameters. There are some very popular plasma volume expanders like dextran and hetastarch which are used in such treatments.
