Application of Herzberg’s two-factor theory of motivation:

This theory is based on 2 factors: the motivation and the hygiene which predict the job satisfaction of the employee in a multi-cultural organizational context. The factors which lead to dissatisfaction or no satisfaction at all can be removed by the management. This guarantees the satisfaction of employees. Based on the degree of employee satisfaction, his behavior in the organization can be predicted by the management. The motivated employees with a security of job enrichment are encouraged to work with their maximum competency to render a better output.
