Answer #1

Adolescence is the age when most of the people fall in the behaviors like sexual activiy, sexual abuse, drug abuse and many. These behaviors directly shut their mind from doing right things at that age and make them crave for the feelings that they get from these bad behaviors(these are considered bad as these gives mostly negative impact in smaller age as they don't know how to have control over it).

Brain development will be affected as these gives a immense pleasure to a person without any hardwork. As it is easy to get, they prefer these things instead of doing hardwork to achieve something greater in life. Brain also get addicted to these activities when it is done often. Thus brain development is greatly affected and lead to a stage that the person being so desparate about his decisions that he has taken years back.
