  • Adaptive Leadership is a practical leadership framework that helps individuals and organizations adapt and thrive in challenging environments. It is being able, both individually and collectively, to take on the gradual but meaningful process of change.Adaptive leaders create conditions that enable dynamic group networks and environments to achieve common goals in an environment of uncertainty. Adaptive leaders create a shared sense of purpose and vision and manage through influence rather than command and control. They see the world through the eyes of others which has a great influence over better group dynamics.Adaptive leaders reward people for what they accomplish, rather than tracking hours and tasks which has a positive influence over group dynamics and makes it stronger. They encourage collaboration among group members.
