Although the Constitution grants us the right to fight against an unjust and unfair government, it seems a bit unrealistic in today’s age that our society would ever think to challenge our government with firearms if we ever felt the need to. Name of logical fallacy ? How do you know?

In the given statement we can see the Post hoc fallacy.

Post hoc Fallacy- “after this, therefore because of this” because of two things happened the first one caused by second.

Reason- We are not going to challenge because we think that we had done the wrong decision and elected wrong people so second first thing is happening by second.

People also protest against the government but they do know that most problematic condition only can be handle by government.
