The body responsible for dispute settlement is World Trade organizations' Dispute Settlement Body (DSB). World Trade organization usually settles and pass the judgment in case any dispute arises between any two parties.

usually, world trade organization and helps to settle those disputes under which there is a breach of contract, or we can say nonperformance of a promise from any party involving in the contract. Those parties are usually countries that are the members of the World Trade Organization. Here, it usually happens that the government of one country passes any rules and regulations regarding trade which any other country thinks as breaking the agreement or any obligations as per member of the World Trade Organization. Thus, the dispute settlement body of the World Trade organization looks after this, researches about all the aspects hear the point of view of both the parties and then passes the judgment regarding the settlement of the dispute between them.

Here it is required to settle the dispute in order to maintain harmony and peace for the global trade.
