Answer #1

1. Yes, I followed the election stories on internet. Especially, the opinion polls that were conducted online was my favourite where people provided enough information about the election trends and the candidates.
2. Yes, I followed the election stories on TV and Newspapers. Debates among the candidates and the individual speeches were my favourites. It was interesting to watch people blaming each other and promising things that they can't do.
3. The basic difference between internet news and Newspaper reports was the amount of editing and selection that had been put in. In newspaper stories, it was evident that the articles were carefully edited for appropriateness and authenticity whereas in internet, people had written as they wished and there was no sensorship to the things that they posted.
4. Politics has been continuously followed and monitored by almost everyone with the help of internet. Lots of people boldly expressing their views on politics and politicians. This impacts the election results tremendously considering the number of people using internet and reading newspapers.
