Answer #1

From a cultural perspective 2018 Grammy Awards presents a statement of cultural shift or loosening of the bonds of discrimination of race. Cultural influences are informal in nature that is a individual learns the cultural values and norms right from the childhood when socialization occurs in him/ her, whereas, legal values are formal values that are learned consciously ,hence, cultural values have stronger societal values than rules and laws. And that most of the legal rules and laws are followed due to the fear of punishment but following cultural and norms occurs for acceptance and social support ,hence cultural values are more influential.

If the values of indiscrimination and equality are fostered and promoted sincerely in the culture of American society, then, equalization of citizenship in America will be a reality in near future.
