• Emotion of fear is used in creating awareness against smoking, alcoholism,substance abuse etc and also this emotion motivates for behavior change or control such habits.
• Fear of injury and death is used for creating awareness for safe driving.
• Keeping oneself engaged in activities and feeding oneself with positive emotions during the difficult phase of life keeps depression away although there is sadness.
• Self-efficiacy can also be increased by changing the negative emotional tone about self to positive tone .
