My conflict may be approach -avoidance. I would like to convey my problem to the manager and coworker as I planned for family vacation. If the coworker suffers a serious problem I would like to adjust my vacation.initially I will try for a chance of postponing my trip considering if there is any chance of booking hotel and airtickets on any other week.if so I will take the coworkers shift. If no possibility occurs in ask my coworker to compensate financially if he is strong economically and take his work.
