However, since your mom has been putting in long hours working in her home office, she states she can’t resume these weekly games until she gets back into shape. she also states since working from home she has been experiencing right hip pain for weeks and can’t seem to work it out. she exhibits points of tenderness in her right hip flexors, specifically when you palpate her iliopsoas muscle. she reports pain 8/10 upon taking his first step when weight bearing on her right leg. it is described as a sharp, tight catching pain. You notice when he takes that first step then loses his balance within 3 seconds, and is in discomfort.

Design a balance training program that will improve mom's balance since her somatosensory system is affected by her hip pain.
