For an assement, to make her physically and mentally fit, I will ask her to perform meditation regularly for 5 minutes twice or thrice a day. I will ask her to perform regular exercise involving hip joint movements especially in order to prevent further complications. The following exercise should be performed just to make herself comfortable and to comeback to the ground for basketball matches.
