Since you have been home with your family for months and are excited to get out to resume your previous level of activity, you and your mom decide that you want to return to your favorite activity; mother/daughter Friday night basketball games. However, since your mom has been putting in long hours working in her home office, she states she can’t resume these weekly games until she gets back into shape. she also states since working from home she has been experiencing right hip pain for weeks and can’t seem to work it out. For an assement, to make her physically and mentally fit, I will ask her to perform meditation regularly for 5 minutes twice or thrice a day. I will ask her to perform regular exercise involving hip joint movements especially in order to prevent further complications. The following exercise should be performed just to make herself comfortable and to comeback to the ground for basketball matches.

1) Frankenstein walk

2) Hip circles

3) Sidesteps exercise

4) ClamshellClamshell exercise

5) Single leg Romanian deadlifts etc.
