If someone has been repeatedly exposed to violence in both his or her home or neighborhood starting at a very young age, such that this person's reflexive action to anger is to throw punches, is this person free if he or she punches a friend, and is he or she morally accountable?

Society and our environment plays a major role in shaping our behaviour. Children tend to grsp alot by just immitating parents and people in environment. To them its the initial and only source of learning . In the case mentioned above, it is not that person’s fault because he has learned agressive behaviour since his childhood. We learn our morals feom family amd environment , society. When his society and parents have displayed such negitive morals so he had no choice but to pick themup amd follow . It is very important for this person to be counselled and this negitive behaviour and thinking should be replaced with positive ones through counselling process.
