If we consider this statement as the legal way, we can say that all groups are not in protected class because of privileges for the special class. The Civil Rights Act 1964, has influenced the way that courts determine protected groups under discrimination laws, as religious beliefs and sexual orientation.

Now, we discuss with the help of social and democratic values, we could find that all groups are considered to be protected class because the social support and social relations provide privileges to all groups where members enjoy rights and similar ideologies. The groups are created by some ideological and mutual interests so the members support each other which created protection to all members which means all groups are protected.
