Contrast the term “modern racism” with “old-fashioned racism.” Provide an example of each.
Old fashioned racism includes practickets that openly criticize the racial minorities. It involved brutal favouritism where the racially forward group used to favorites people of their race and directly discriminate against people of other races. For example: In olden days, only whites were allowed to be a part of government services.
Modern racism is more subtle where there's no hard and fast rule against any race as such. But it exists within an organisation or a country in an indirect way. For example, coloured people might experience racism inside their workplace and might not be rewarded equally as their white counterparts.
