Some advice for our friend who is
experiencing stress would be as follows:-
- Talk about your problem freely so
that we can discuss the possible course of action that can be
undertaken to solve the problem.
- To take deep breaths if the person
is getting a physiological response due to the stress. This is to
be done so that the individual can think more freely.
- Trying to calm them down by talking
in a more relaxed manner so that the person feels less stress.
- To talk it out with the teacher and
also explain to the teacher the kind of stress that the report
assignment is causing to you.
- To advice the friend about the
necessary steps so that such a situation could be prevented
again.
