If you were a consultant to Yahoo!, what advice would you give to senior management about handling the crisis being faced by the company? Discuss.

Yahoo which was once widely used website is now facing severe crisis due to the breach that occured where many accounts were hacked. This made people completely stop using yahoo and switch to other sites. As a consultant we first need to analyse what can be done to improve the reputation of the company. We need to prepare a record of where people have lost trust and what security measures needs to be taken . We can advice the senior management to revamp the website and create a new version where security is given highest importance. We can generate this to customers via social networking sites and gain their attention by some unique features.This will definately help us in coming out of the crisis and handling the company.
