Summarize a technique you could use that would improve your personal environment and would decrease your stress.
Stress is never easy, but understanding its origins, you can begin to make wiser decisions about how to stop it.
There are many techniques to cope up with stress. People experiment with various of techniques to beat stress. So these techniques have subjective base that one can work for one but not for the other individual.
The techniques which always works in my case is acceptance and body movement. Acceptance of a stressful situation can create a calm in your mind leading to solution. And second, when you are stressed you don't feel like do any physical activity which is quite normal. But if you continue like this, you will aggravate the situation more. So whenever I am stressed I move my body whether it is dancing or exercise.
So both the techniques help me to improve my personal environment.
