1). One of the primary risks to personal safety when working in a home-based environment is, lacking support from the other team members as the healthcare individual work in an isolated environment. To minimize the negative consequences of this problem, the nurse has to predict all the possible requirements of the patient and prepare for the same.

2). The house environment is different from the hospital environment, The hygiene levels may differ, and the nurse may need to work in certain restricted areas such as bathrooms. So, the preventive measures for fall and spread of infections must be regularly practiced by the nurse.
